What we collect on this website
Contact form. When you use the contact form we receive what you type: your name, email address, phone number, regional center, preferred SDP model, approximate spending plan amount, whether you are the participant or a responsible party, and your message. The form is delivered to our team by email and is not stored on the website.
Newsletter. If you enter your email in the newsletter box, we receive that email address and use it only to send Sentinel Four news and program updates. Every message includes a way to unsubscribe.
Website analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are read and how people arrive at the site. It sets cookies and collects standard technical data such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type. IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not run remarketing.
Server logs. Our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services) keeps standard access logs for security and troubleshooting.

Your choices
You can decline analytics cookies in your browser settings. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any message. California residents may ask what personal information we hold about them from this website and ask us to delete it; email info@sentinelfour.com and we will respond within 45 days.
